Back to School Book Fair Fundraiser for All in Need

What you’re not in the Bay Area? That is okay you can still support our Back to School Book fair from September 3 to September 9th you can purchases your materials at Barnes and noble’s website and enter our book fair number! The flyer has all the information!

“Back to School” Book fair will offering fun family events! A Scavenger Hunt for adults and kids! Parent and child teams…who can build the best Lego structure? Don’t forget to bring this flyer with you even the purchase at the Starbucks inside the Walnut Creek Barnes and Noble supports AiN! Mark your calendar for September 6th and September 7th.

Get ready for our upcoming “Back to School” Book fair at Walnut Creek Barnes and Noble on September 6th and September 7th. Teachers make sure you purchase your needed supplies for your classrooms, and parents make sure you buy plenty of books for those reading logs!

All in Need Family Summer Event

Join All in Need for a Family Summer Fun Event!

Who: Your whole family-Parents and children come and be dressed to get wet!

What: We will have a bounce house slip and slide!

Bring your water guns and water balloons for a water fight!

When: Saturday, August 21st from 1:00 pm-5:00 pm.

Where: Oak Park Christian Center in the back parking lot

The cost will be $30 at the door for the whole family. If you are RSVP, and pay in advance, its only $25 for the whole family. Any and all donations are appreciated to help support the rental of the slip and slide!

Please bring your own snacks, towel, water guns, and water balloons and come join us in saying good bye to the summer of 2010!

Get to know other families within our community that have some of the same struggles as you and your family. A chance for children with special needs to socialize, siblings to find support from one and other, and for parents to be able connect with other parents for support with an opportunity to be able to share in fun times with your whole family at our first AIN Family Event. It will be held in the CMC where All in Need usually meets. We will have therapy dogs visiting from 2:30 to 3:30, a small slide show showing you what your children are doing on a typical Friday night at All in Need, and then free time for all family members enjoy our newly remodeled Children's Ministry Center. Where the whole family can play family friendly video games on a variety of gaming consoles (i.e., Wii, Play Station, X-box, I-Pod touch, and PC), some of the games include Dance Praise and Guitar Praise. For those families who are less into the electronics we will have board games out too!

Volunteers this event is not required, but please feel free to come and bring your families. This will be a great time for you to get to know the families we serve. This is also a great time for your children to learn from children with special needs.
