Transition Information Night
When: October 3, 2012
6:00p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Where: Pleasanton Senior Center, 5353 Sunol Blvd, Pleasanton
What: Gather info from agencies who provide post-high school services.
A special presentation by Gina Gourley will be held from
6:30p.m. - 7:15p.m. and again at 7:30 p.m. - 8:15p.m.
Learn what to do when your child enters the critical transition ages of 18 - 22 yrs.
