A New, Less Invasive Test To Detect Down's Syndrome

Scientists are developing a new blood test that could detect whether babies are likely to have Down's Syndrome.

The procedure analyzes the woman's blood to detect DNA differences between the mother and the fetus. The current test for downs syndrome is much more invasive.
