Participants of this workshop will become knowledgeable about the special education process and the rights of children with disabilities and special health care needs. You will learn about special education rights protected under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and learn how to assert those rights on behalf of your child.
