Assistive Technology Survey
The MDUSD QIAT (Qualitative Indicators of Assistive Technology) committee would like your input on Assistive Technology (AT) practices in the district. They have compiled a survey to assess current AT practices and prioritize needed improvement. The survey is part one of an eight part survey. Responses are confidential.
