Common Core Boot Camp I

 

This course is designed to give para-educators and the public a stronger foundation in the CCSS.  This course will give an introduction to the CCSS including the organization of the standards, the major instructional shifts, and provide an overview of the Reading, Writing, Speaking & Listening, and Language Strands.  Participants will have an opportunity to read the introduction to the Common Core State Standards as well as work collaboratively to deepen their understanding of the standards themselves.
