Although the worldwide Great Kindness Challenge Week is already halfway through the week I wanted to take a moment to connect you to the idea that you too can join in!
Lately I have noticed in my home stress and anger has increased and patience has decreased; I am not sure if it is the winter blues, my preteen's new attitude rubbing off on all of us or another overarching factor but I am ready for positivity. I saw that it was the Great Kindness Challenge Week and I decided, it was definitely time to reset our emotions and refocus our attention to KINDNESS! I believe if we lead with kindness then the rest will fall into place, and if it doesn't then at least we will have a kind frame of reference when we have to try again!
I CHALLENGE YOU to take some time to focus on kindness with your family and create your own kindness challenge; whether you commit to a day, an activity, a week, a month or whatever it may be, commit to BE KIND and stick to it!
