Night to Shine 2021 Information 

WHY SHOULD I REGISTER FOR A VIRTUAL PROM HONORED GUEST  By registering for the prom you let our team know to count you in! You will be invited to a packet pick-up on Saturday, February 6th where guests can pick up some goodies for the prom! These goodies will include things like a crown/tiara, a boutonniere/corsage, prom memorabilia and some fun items that can be used during the dance! There will also be a little something special for the parents/caregivers! You will not want to miss it!  WHY SHOULD I REGISTER FOR A VIRTUAL PROM VOLUNTEER We will be setting up a packet pick up on Saturday, February 6th where guests can pick up some goodies for the prom and we would love for volunteers to be there! We did not want to pass up an opportunity to provide our guests with a little extra this year so we will be providing each guest with some goodies for prom as well as a little something for each parent/caregiver. We know that this year's prom will look nothing like the previous proms but we would love to have volunteers come help out by cheering on the guests, helping to pass out packets, and even just providing a friendly smile and wave along the pick up route. WHEN IS THE PACKET PICK UP The packet pick up is Saturday, February 6th starting at 10:00AM. It will be in the Blue Oaks Church parking lot in Pleasanton. This will be a contact-less pick up where all guests and parents/caregivers will remain in his or her vehicle at all times and volunteers will bring your packet or prom goodies directly to you! The route will also be lined with volunteers who have been waiting all year to cheer on the guests and provide friendly smiles and waves!  WHAT IF I CANNOT MAKE THE PACKET PICK UP  If you cannot make the packet pick up, that is ok! We will be offering times during the week of the prom where guests can pick up his or her packet at the Blue Oaks church office.   HOW DO I REGISTER Registration is open now for guests and volunteers! You can register by clicking on the link here - registration link WHEN DOES REGISTRATION CLOSE Registration will close on Tuesday, February 9th at midnight.  WHEN IS THE VIRTUAL PROM  The virtual prom is Friday, February 12th and will be available beginning at 6:00PM (EST). WHAT SHOULD WE EXPECT ABOUT THE VIRTUAL PROM  The virtual prom will be put on by the Tim Tebow Foundation. It will be between 30 - 60 minutes in length. Closer to the prom, the NTS Tri-Valley team will be sharing the link to the virtual prom with all the registered guests. There will be no need to download software or account registration, all you need is a smartphone, tablet, computer or smart TV.
