Children Health Council's email message I opened today was titled PARENTING IS HARD, I felt like they were talking to me directly after THE morning I had trying to get myself out the door for work and help my children prepare for their day of school at home. And I realized two things, one it is Friday! and two other people may have had the same morning as me. So I am sharing this wonderful Podcast as a tool to help restart our day with C.A.L.M. Check out the CHC Voices of Compassion Podcast "Parenting with C.A.L.M.".
