Healthy Habits Start at Home ~ Tools to Teach Your Children

If your child will be returning to school soon, or if you are looking to go out into the community, say you want to take your child out to play on the newly opened playgrounds; it is a good idea to practice healthy habits at home prior to requiring them in public.  The transition to using healthy habits in the community will be smoother the more your child practices and is comfortable wearing a mask, avoiding touching their face, social distancing and washing their hands regularly while at home.

Here are some healthy habits videos and tools to use with your children at home.
