Special Education Transportation Services Registration - How To

If your child is eligible for transportation services for next year in Mt. Diablo for the 2020/2021 School Year then you can sign them up for transportation on the MDUSD Special Education Page.  

1. Go to the Mt. Diablo Unified School District webpage at mdusd.org.  


2.  Under Departments at top of Page click on Special Education and it will take you here.

3.  Scroll down the Special Education Page and Click on the Yellow School Bus. 

  

4.  Once you click on the school bus, the Transportation Form will pop up and the site will ask you to enter your name and email address on the left-hand side to begin filling out the form.

Enter to receive confirmation of submission.

5.  Make sure that you fill out the form completely and accurately.  The form will not allow you to submit if any required boxes are empty.  

6.  Once your form is submitted the page will say "Thanks for submitting your form".
