Start your day off right! Your morning ritual can lead to a positive ending!

I'm trying to establish healthy habits in my morning routine.  I know its already been two months and it's a little late to begin some healthy habits during shelter in place but better late than never!  This morning I woke up early, got breakfast prepped for my family and took a walk outside before my kids woke up.  I got back from my morning walk feeling refreshed and ready to go!  I learned that exercise, fresh air and some alone time were a great healthy habit to start MY day, even if it is a little bit late in the game.  So if you haven't already, find some ways to make your morning routine a little bit brighter!

Here are some additional ideas to start your day off right, And some ways to support your new beginning!
