Mindfulness is an awareness practice that builds the fundamental capacity to sustain increased levels of self-awareness that results in greater well-being.
Classes held Thursdays January 21st - February 25th, Thursdays 6:00 - 7:00 pm at Valley View Middle School, Room A5.
The course is Six Weeks to learn about research based practices that support happiness and well-being.
Module One: Mindful Breathing and Anchor Words
Module Two: Mindful Bodies
Module Three: Distinguish thoughts from Emotions
Module Four: Cultivate Gratitude and Kindness
Module Five: Mindful Eating
Module Six: Relating to Others
