Teach about black-americans with disabilities

Examiner.com states "On Monday we celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr. and that got me thinking about Americans with disabilities that are African-Americans. It made me do some research. Students learn about famous people, but very little is said about people with disabilities or if they are people who are discussed if they had or have a disability it is rarely mentioned unless those who are currently famous mention it."
