The East Bay Sea Serpents is a nonprofit swim program affiliated with Special Olympics of Northern California (SONC). We provide a fitness, swimming instruction, and friendly, social opportunity to children and adults with intellectual disabilities, helping to instill the confidence they need to succeed in life. All abilities. *Medical clearance must be on file with SONC
