2013 Alameda County Transition Information Faire

This is an event to facilitate the successful transition from school to adult services for youth with
developmental disabilities, their families and school staff. The Transition Faire includes an educational
showcase of adult service programs and a variety of educational workshops. The Transition Faire is an
 interagency collaboration of the Alameda County Developmental Disabilities Council, Regional Center of
 the East Bay, Area Board 5, College of Alameda, and local school districts.
