Gianna is your typical five-year-old girl. She likes to ice skate, participate in gymnastics, run and play. Gianna was born with Proximal Femoral Focal Deficiency, or PFFD. This caused her to be born with a cleft foot. Doctors thought it would be best if her leg were to be amputated. Growing up with a prosthetic leg has not hindered Gianna in the slightest. The best part: she's not afraid to fall.
