Special Fitness DVD - FREE!

Sponsored by the Rossmoor Rotary

Engaging in a quick, no-fuss workout with your child can be motivating, inspiring - and of course good for your body and soul! The Special Fitness DVD offers workouts that are fairly strenuous, yet not too challenging. The leader speaks clearly and the music is motivating. The moves do not challenge people with balance problems and are chosen to be safe, while exercising the body wisely. There is no floor work so the exercises can be done without having to change into "gym clothing". The workouts can be done in small areas, like living rooms and family rooms. This DVD offers an easy way for you to stay fit, reduce stress, and take off extra weight while spending quality time with your son or daughter with a disability. For more information, visit the Rossmoor Rotary Special Fitness web page. To obtain a free DVD, please email rrcweb@gmail.com. The Special Fitness Project team would greatly appreciate any feedback you may provide on the program's benefits for you and your child. Look for the Special Fitness DVD on Vendor Row at the Parenting 2012 & Beyond conference on February 25th!
