Your Enrollment and Authorization to Release Information form indicates your intent to attend the CVCHS for the 2012-2013 school year is DUE FEBRUARY 24. Forms are due in the front office at Clayton Valley High School 1101 Alberta Way, Concord, CA or fax to: 925-825-7859.
Clayton Valley High School Families received this form along with several documents and letters explaining the enrollment process. In a letter dated February 8th by Dr. Steven Lawrence, Superintedent it stated the following:
Under the Clayton Valley Charter High School agreement, all current 9th - 11th graders attending Clayton Valley High School and 8th graders at Diablo View and Pine Hollow Middle School have the right to attend Clayton Valley Charter High School. Clayton Valley Charter High School will not discriminate against any students on the basis of race, color, national origin, creed, sex, ethnicity, sexual orientation, mental or physical disability, ancestry or athletic ability.
If you would like to remain in a Mt. Diablo Unified School District school and you are a Clayton Valley High School resident then you have an open enrollment transfer period that ends March 9th. You must complete the School Option Form and return to the Student Services Office at 1936 Carlotta Drive, Concord, CA DUE March 9th. You have a choice of any high school in the District based on space and availibility.
