Sweet Tomatoes does not currently have gluten-free dining information on-line. In response to my inquiries to the company, Garden Fresh Consumer Affairs replied, "Each of the restaurants has a complete ingredient list at each bar called the Product Information Binder. You can always ask to look at it if you are in doubt."
